At Brume Window Film, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your non-custom film doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the window film and place it back into its original protective tube to ensure it remains crease-free and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the tube and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned film, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
